I am losing a lot of hair due to a condition called Telogen Effluvium.
The symptoms seem to be stress. But I really don't think I'm stressed at all. I have a general fear of what I would do in the future, but that's not imminent at all. I am not anxious or have any issues.
How do I avoid my hair loss due to stress considering I don't even think I am stressed?

Sometimes we avoid thinking about things that cause us stress. Those thoughts can cause subconscious stress. Not everyone expresses their stress in the same way. Many times someone who's having no complaints of Anxiety, has a panic attack unexpectedly, and then they realise there were sources of stress.

Pls consult a mental health professional so more details can be taken.
