Constant hair loss due to stress

I want to get married to my bf bt my parents don't want me to get married to him as he is of different caste and due to that my parents health is getting affected and they are emotionally blackmailing me not to marry to that guy or else we will take poison and die and take his name and due to that I have a lot of stress and due to that my hairfall
