I this month...every being is at their lowest energy level. Also excess loss of sperm or dehydration or lack of minerals and vitamins or etc reason u might be feeling low and stressful

Please get some sunlight exposure for atleast 20 minutes a day. Do some sort of exercise as it would elevate your mood. You can take medicines after consultation. It's important to know if there is any trigger for the low mood. You can even go for a counselling session as early as possible since 15-20 days is a long duration to feel consistently low.
