Before dealing with stress we should understand about "what is stress and how is it created?" When the stress is created, it effect you then you feel the effect only but you don't feel the process of it. Our brain is to be designed to create the thoughts, these thoughts signal run through the body and make your body run. When the thoughts becomes more complicated and impure it create bad effects. So there may be many reasons as 1. Over thinking Usually we are stressed when we doesn't get the solution of our problems. We have problems and try to find the solution from internet, helping by others and you think again and again. You have a lot of thoughts. It is like if you are trying to cook some food and you have to get a particular test. You will have to add the spices in definite propotion. So there is solution for each problems by thinking in particular way. The best method is that put your problem and think in figures. Don't let the words come while thinking. When you think verbally you can't concentrate but imagination will make you focused. Do figurative thinking you will never feel stress and you will get the creative solution. 2. Breathing While you are stress your heart beat is more and the rate of breathing is not uniform. One think you know that you can think more better in calmness. While stress don't put pressure to think. Just do one very simple thing feel your breathe and wait to be uniform. When it get uniform you will start to feel better then you start to think keeping one image related to your problems with feeling your breath. Feel your breath and see the images. You will start to get more images related to your problems. You can find the solution from those images. 3. Negative thoughts and negative environmen. Some time when you are standing near those people who are smoking but you are not smoking. As a passive smoking you are also affected. In the same way when you will stay with negative mind people, you will feel negative. If they are not taking much but the negative energy will affect you. Read the positive things and be in positive environment, you will feel energetic.

Dear human, I can understand this must be very difficult for you. You've take your first step in your mental health journey by reaching out for help. I understand that it’s not easy to be in your position, and I appreciate your courage and grit. This stress and any associated emotions can be due to many reasons and given the COVID circumstances the intensity can be very high. Your emotions are completely valid :) I would recommend you approach a psychologist and take therapy. I assure you that therapy will benefit you and help you deal with any conflicts and worries in life better and take you in the direction of leading a more fulfilled life. In the meanwhile try the following- 1. 5-4-3-2-1 exercise - Whenever you feel like you’re getting into the spiral of overthinking or you feel stressed out, take few slow and deep breaths and name five things in your environment that you can see, four things that you can hear, three things that you can touch, two things that you can smell and one thing you can taste. 2. You might also want to try and write about what’s worrying you and view your problem from a distance. 3. Talk to someone- while I understand that it’s not easy to approach someone and discuss your problems, I can also assure you that speaking to someone you trust and love can really help. 4. Look after yourself- take some time out for yourself, make yourself your priority, ensure that you’re eating well, sleep well, and look after your body. Indulge in hobbies, do what you like to do or once liked to do. Take time off of work or any obligations and allow yourself some time to get better. Also, try and stay away from anything that is bothering you and tends to stress you out. Hope this helps :) Take care!
