From last 6 day my 1year old son not taking food and milk . doctor examine him and told he is suffering from viral fever and given paracetamol syp 250 mg but no response .is there any reason from this

No need to worry
Keep ur Baby well hydrated with plenty of oral liquids including water Fruits juices and ORS if needed
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day
Continue to give paracetmol syrp.
Fever will take 2-3 days more to decrease
