Do not express breast milk.
Wear proper size Brassiere.
Take paracetamol twice for pain relief.
You can do cold sponging too.

It may take some time...wear slightly tight breast support for 1-2 weeks...do not Express breast milk...and take Paracetamol 500mg tablet for pain relief..
It is very much expected .but you should gradually stop feeding.or there can be engorgement.take paracetamol for pain relief and wear tight breast support.you can give warm compression with a warm towel.
