Stop breast milk..n pain relief
My baby is now 15month ...i am stop breastfeed..before 8dys...now its too much pain..in my breast ...how to get relief from it

It may take some time...wear slightly tight breast support for 1-2 weeks...do not Express breast milk...and take Paracetamol 500mg tablet for pain relief..

It is very much expected .but you should gradually stop feeding.or there can be engorgement.take paracetamol for pain relief and wear tight breast support.you can give warm compression with a warm towel.
