Stones in kidney side
I have 2 small stones on below area
Left kidney :
Size measures 10.5x5.8 cm. Cortico -Medullary differentiation is normal.
6mm calculus is noted in the lower pole. 5 mm calculus is noted in the pelviureteric junction causing hydronephrosis.
It will cured in oral mediation ? It will dilute and passes in urine ? No need to surgery??
