It's a 7 mm stone in the upper ureter of your left kidney.At the moment it is causing grade 1 obstruction in the ureter.Later on it may progress to higher grade obstruction and may cause backflow the urine Upto 4-5 mm stones sometimes easily pass down Size above 6 mm may not. If it's causing you pain , urinary tract infection you consult with urologist to plan the management Initially medical expulsive therapy is tried ,if not helpful then there's shockwave lithotripsy to break it up or ureteric stent.
