Afterimages, Fatty Liver, Kidney Stones,
I have been diagnosed with grade 3 fatty liver in  October. Last Month my CAP was 316 increased from 304 in Oct & KPA is 6.9 decreased from 10.4 in Oct. I have lost 18 Kg since then. Last month I had a blood test done. Kidney Stone too. My B12 levels are 176 and Vitamin D levels are 17. I am taking Bilypsa, Thiotres and Vitreon Tablet once a day.  I have floaters for a long time. For the past one month I have been seeing afterimages & ghosting images. Sometimes the prolonged one is for LED and Car Light. I have got my retina checked twice in the past 15 days & it is fine. Today I visited a Neuro-Opthamologist & he thinks Vit B12 & Vit D can be the reason. He prescribed MethylCobalamin 1500 mcg once  a day for 20 days (Nuroday I am going for), D3 Shots once a week for 12 weeks & Becasule Z for Multivitamin once a day. Is it safe to take them with the fatty liver medicines mentioned above. MRI Brain (Plain) is also normal. Bilypsa Thiotres Vitreon Nuroday Becosule Z D3 Shot

It is safe to take Methylcobalamin,Vitamin D3,multivitamin alongside your existing fatty liver medications. Your neuro ophthalmologist prescribed these for your deficiencies and your visual symptoms.
Next Steps
Since your retina and brain MRI are normal, you should focus on recovery,it can take time. Follow and complete the 20 day Nuroday course and the 12 week D3 injection cycle as prescribed. Get follow up blood test in 3 months to check your B12 and Vitamin D levels have improved. Your KPA improved which is excellent and your CAP increased slightly. Continue your weight management, as you’ve already had great success with your 18 kg loss
Health Tips
Take your liver meds and vitamins at same time each day..Ensure you are getting enough protein and healthy fats to support liver recovery. If afterimages or ghosting worsen despite treatment, return to the neuro-ophthalmologist for further testing
