Stone in Left Kidney
Dear Sir , Kindly see my ultrasound report . After seen my ultrasound report , doctor said , I have swealing in kidney but It has not mentioned in ultrasound report. So doctor has recommended 10 sachet of "Fosfomycin Trometamol Powder"upto 20days (after one day gap) , When i search about this on google then i found that it is not for kidney infections and also found that , this should give only 1 dose. So plz let me know what is the use of this Sachet  ? Is it safe ? Currently I have little pain in left kidney for last 2 days , Urine color yellow .

Scan shows couple of small stones. Pain may not due to stone as there is no kidney swelling.
