1. Definitive treatment is surgery ( Open or Laparoscopic  or Robitic) Laparoscopic is the the best option. 2. When stone cause some infection and inflammation inside gall bladder ( acute on chronic chlolecystitis), you get a pain which can be severe. And you need to visit a doctor or get admitted. And when the attack is over, you become pain free and back to normal life. But the problem is no one can predict the next attack. Neither the timing or the severity. (Gall Bladder even may get pus filled and the  perforated) 3. Word of caution: Avoid oily food and outside food. 4. Get operated as soon as possible to become pain free and avoid complications.
