Stomach upset and lower body pain

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi, I had loose motion three times till now from yesterday but there is no pain in stomach, I took omeprazole in empty stomach today morning and also due to body pain I had Dolo last night, but now the problem is I am feeling weak and lower back is aching. Please help me with the medicine
