Most likely u have a mild infection in the stomach. Gut specific antibiotics and probiotics will help to cope up. U should change diet. Stop non vegetarian diet. Take plenty of buttermilk and bit of jaggery daily. That will help in maintaining good gut bacteria and protect from further infections
