Hello.... You must follow strict diet and exercise.. Excessive calories get stored in subcutaneous tissue as fat....avoid oily food items ,ice creams, junk foods... Have lot of fiber containing vegetables . Chapattis, buttermilk . drink lot of water.. Do regular exercise aerobics or yoga daily.
