Stomach pain upper side

I am getting stomach pain . I have also gone through ultrasound,spools test,blood test . but nothing much . only I got fatty liver. but doctor gave me medicine for that.. still I was getting again I consulted with doctor. he told me gastric problem n given me some medicine.related to that.. can u suggest me plz doctors
