When u say normal the Endoscopy and colonoscopy along with the biopsy should be normal and not just the gross appearance on scopy
The exact cause needs to be worked up
Majority of the times it's not as simple as a gerd
It can be anything like
NERD
Reflux Hypersensitivity
Non acid reflux
EoE
Fbd
Next Steps
better to meet a Gastroenterologist and plan for a 24 hour ph metry and endoscopy with biopsy biopsy

Normal endoscopy and scans, symptoms often relate to functional dyspepsia, GERD sensitivity, or gut motility issues. Avoid daily antacid overuse, follow structured meals, reduce stress, add gentle exercise, and consult for step-down therapy or prokinetics. Symptoms are manageable and recovery is achievable.
Diet and lifestyle modifications :
Prefer small, frequent meals with oats, curd, banana, rice, vegetables, and lean proteins.
Avoid spicy, fried foods, coffee, chocolate, and late dinners. Eat slowly, don’t lie down for 2–3 hours after meals, elevate the head end, manage stress—symptoms usually improve with consistency.
