Stomach pain

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Since my wife woke up in the morning she is having stomach pain. We had dinner outside last night. She is complaining that it's because of the food. I gave her one meftal spas and Razor tablet. It's been an hour she is still having pain. She is refusing to go to hospital. Is there any other tablet should I give.
