Hi dis side bhupender singh rana.last 5 years i worked abroad so just I came to here in india for vacations.now I have fever cough cold no proper sleep ma friend suggest me so I can write.whole night I woke up.and morning I feel sleepy so kindly please help me.last 4 days no proper sleep

Jet lag is common. One suggestion Without chappal stand on earth for 30 minutes  it slowly reduce. It's remained for seven days. Use montek LC ONE at night for cold, Type of cough?? Dry GIRILINCTUS syr5 ml twice n 10ml at night. Wet AMBRODIL S 5 ml twice n 10ml at night. ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for three days.
