Dear doctor, I'm suffering from stomach pain and over secretion of saliva with vomiting sensation. I got to know in the internet that, these are the symptoms of GERD.How far is it true. please help me to get out of it.

These SYMPTOMS can be of Gastritis with or without gerd. Depending on whether there is any relation with meals, any acid reflux in chest, intensity of SYMPTOMS etc. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
