Stomach pain
My 8 years child have stomach pain from last 25 days i have done stool test , urine RE, urine culture, ultrasound, S.G.O.T and S.G.P.T are normal
Ultrasound shows few subcentimeter mesenteric nodes in periumbilical region rest
All the test are normal and unable to diagnose the problem
The doctor prescribed cefixime 200 mg bid,lanzol 15 mg. But no improvement
He has mild pain all the time but sometimes it increases (4 to 5 times in a day )
So please kindly help me to sort out this problem

Your kids problem in called Mesenteric adenitis.Thid is seen in kids between 5 to 12 it causes severe pain .Needs only pain killer and antispasmodic.It settles with time.
