Please do his Ultrasound abdomen and stool examination for worms etc. Please give him worm Medicine dose tonight. Keep his abdominal pain diary for 1minth just to see the frequency, timing of pain. His food intake before and after pain. Any severe pain episode to see the trend of abdominal pain whether it's pathological or psychological etc. Please visit your pediatrician for examination and please plott his growth in growth chart to see he is growing well or not
