Reports suggest mild liver enzyme rise and CRP is elevated → some ongoing inflammation/infection. CBC mostly okay, platelets fine. Vit D is borderline low.
For now:
Start deworming – Tab Albendazole 400 mg single dose (repeat after 2 weeks)
Give Vit D supplementation
For stomach pain: give simple diet, avoid junk, can add syrup mebeverine if spasmodic pain
Plenty of fluids
If pain persists >3–4 days, vomiting, fever or limping increases → need clinical exam and maybe ultrasound abdomen.
In person pediatrician visit is recommended for detailed physical examination
