Stomach pain & loose motions

My son started having loose motions with stomach pain Since morning. Gave him econorm satchel. Please advice

Ensure hydration by giving ors after every loose motions or whenever child demands water. Give syp zinconia 5 ml once a day for 14 days. Give Enterogermina ampoule 1 ampoule twice a day for 3 days. If loose motions don't subside with this, then start syp zifi.
