Stomach pain

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I went to a doctor for stomach pain, he charged his fee and prescribed me 2 medicines and told that 'if the pain is not relieved in 2days , visit me again'. After 2 days he charged me again for prescribing the tests and now as per his nurse he will charge me again the next day to see the reports. Is it ethical or he is greedy?

Hi there I understand your concern and feelings....one thing I want tell you is we are not here to judge someone...it's left to their perspective we are no one to judge weather it's ethical or not...if you feel its not ethical you can avoid consulting him...now for your abdominal pain possible causes are,renal stones,constipation,pancreatitis, mesentric lymphadenitis etc... It may be muscular as well... So cause must be evaluated in detail...consult nearest surgeon for clinical examination and for investigations like ultrasound abdomen and pelvis etc...Consult them they will do the needful.
