Water in mouth is likely to be secondary to reflux of acid from stomach into food pipe. Body tries to neutralise acid by secreting more saliva which is alkaline and hence watering in mouth Stomach pain could be due to multiple reasons . Stomach pain unlikely to be related to headache unless both are due to stress Both stomach pain and headache require formal consultations with Gastroenterologist and neurologist respectively or a general physician
