For stomach ache, follow a bland diet including bananas, rice, applesauce, toast (BRAT diet), ginger, peppermint tea, yogurt, and clear broths, while avoiding spicy, fatty, or high-fiber foods, caffeine, and carbonated drinks.
Hi,
I understand that you are having recurrent stomach pains. Ideally I would require a little bit more information to proceed further
I would need to know:
- where you have the pain?
-any migration of pain
-any fever during or before the episodes
-changes in bowel habits in relation to the pain
- associated symptoms in the last 1 month
Next Steps
I can definitely help you more with a quick consult.
If that isn't feasible, kindly visit a physician in person as soon as you can
Health Tips
For now, avoid spicy/deep fried food.
Eat something bland
