Dear Doctor, I'm Covid 19 positive patient and today is 14th day of home isolation. I'm taking medicine under the guidance of doctor. Now since morning I have little bit  stomach pain just below the chest. Should I worried about it since I'm covid 19 positive patient. And what medicine should I take for stomach pain relief. Kindly help. Thank you
