There is definitely abnormalities in both lungs and stones in gall bladder.
Pl visit a consultant physician in person..

No reports aren't ok. There's is lesion in lung which could most probably be pneumonia which should be correlated clinically.
Next Steps
Should monitor for respiratory symptoms as well as fever. If any signs of worsening, consult a doctor. If not, repeat xray after 2- 3 weeks.

Started antibiotics n inhalation.
Nebulization with duoline n budecort respule two times for 5 days.
