Hi attached reports are of my mother , family doctor told for gall bladder surgery and for x rate he prescribed Cefuroxime and one inhaler Are reports ok and no other issues rather than this

You have not shared the X ray Chest. From the findings written in the report the patient should be seriously ill with these findings. She needs Gall bladder surgery.

There is definitely abnormalities in both lungs and stones in gall bladder. Pl visit a consultant physician in person.. Cannot be treated online. Needs physical examination.

No reports aren't ok. There's is lesion in lung which could most probably be pneumonia which should be correlated clinically.
Next Steps
Should monitor for respiratory symptoms as well as fever. If any signs of worsening, consult a doctor. If not, repeat xray after 2- 3 weeks.

Pneumonia in old age (> 60 years) could be dangerous.  keep close monitoring of symptoms.

Pneumonia  n cholilithiasis. She needs procedure for gall bladder. For Pneumonia Started antibiotics  n inhalation. Nebulization with duoline n budecort respule two times for 5 days.
