My son is 12 year he is suffering from stomach pain and loose motion.I have given meftal spas & darolac IBS.please suggest me kindly what to do he has omitted one time kindly send me your suggestions I am waiting

Continue same, add Tablet ondem-MD 4 if vomitting. Also add Tablet Taxim-O 100 twice a day for 3 days. Maintain adequate hydration, give ors.
