I eat a lot of foods. But, I rarely go to toilet for that. You mean what I said. I go 2-3 times in a week. So, I doubt should I have any problem. Currently, I have not any problem. And i eat a lot, but no effect of food on body. I also not any pain in stomach while eating or anytime.Some have suggested it is genetic, Yes i admire my parents are thin. My height is normal. But, my body looks under-nutrition. Can it be improved by eating more food and work out in Jym. I rarely eat junk food. But, I live in hostel so quality of food to not like home.But, food is normal. Those who said take protein, I take 300 ml of normal pulse(dal) daily and upto 7 egg per week. Please suggest.

Hi welcome - I advise you make a high protein with 60% carbs out of your total calorie 2400kcal.a day around I suggest. Also 30% protein including legumes, (dal, sprouts etc). dairy sources,etc. I want to know the present height & weight which are not mentioned here???
