I am having severe gastric pain from past 2 days and whatever i'm eating is making it worse and also having loose stool after eating.

Hello, maintain your hydration. You can take Cap. Sporolac twice daily for 3 days, Tab. Omez twice daily for 3 days. If loose motions persist even after a day or two antibiotics will be required.

This could be due to acute gastritis or gastroenteritis. Eating may worsen pain temporarily. Rx: Soft, bland diet Adequate fluids Tab Esmoprazole 20mg once daily before breakfast for 7 days Tab Vizylac rich once daily for 7 days Tab Buscogast twice daily for 3 days ORS after loose stools Diet: Soft bland diet Consult urgently if fever, blood in stools, or severe pain. If pain is severe, persistent, or associated with fever or blood in stools, immediate evaluation is advised. You may consult me via Practo.

Could be infection.Take tab  Oflox TZ one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab meftal spas one every 8hours for 2 days. Take electral powder in water or dehydrating fluids like coconut water or butter milk.
