It’s mostly because of processed or stored/ stale foods, eating outside often, erratic timings, etc. Try a course of antacids like Tab. Pan D once daily empty stomach for 10-15 days continuously, alongwith some dietary and lifestyle changes. If that does not help we’ll opt for consultation for further evaluation and assessment.

This is because we eat too much processed food nowadays. Bloating and burning sensation are main symptoms after consuming these types of foods. Keep your diet healthy and do regular exercise or walk 10 thousand steps daily. Eat 2-3 hours before bed time. This is not breast cancer.
Next Steps
eat healthy and maintain a balanced diet. eat 2-3 hours before bed time. do regular exercise. don't worry too much about illnesses that are not even present in your body. just be simple in your life. If you need further help consult a doctor.

Many young people are facing these problems now mainly because of irregular eating habits, frequent junk food, stress, poor sleep, and over-thinking about health. From what you described, your symptoms fit very well with gas, acidity, and indigestion: • Junk food, bhel, sandwiches, spicy or oily food can cause gas buildup • This causes heaviness, fullness, and pain on the left side of the upper abdomen, near the waist • Gas can also cause pain that increases while breathing or during movement • Chest or breast-area pain can also come from gas, muscle strain, or anxiety, not always from the breast itself The most important point is that: • You have done multiple tests • Mammograms are normal (BIRADS 1) • Tumor markers are normal This strongly suggests nothing serious or dangerous. Body pain despite normal reports is very commonly seen with: • Gas and acidity • Muscle strain (especially after starting workouts) • Stress and anxiety, which makes the body more sensitive to pain
Next Steps
Avoid junk, oily, spicy, and outside food for at least 2–3 weeks • Eat light home food, small frequent meals • Avoid lying down immediately after eating • Continue mild exercise, but don’t overdo workouts • Reduce stress and stop repeatedly checking or worrying about symptoms If pain becomes severe, persistent, or is associated with vomiting, fever, or weight loss, then further evaluation may be needed. Otherwise, this looks functional and lifestyle-related, not disease-related. For further evaluation and proper guidance, please contact me directly. Dr. R. S. Pankaj

Recurrent bloating and heaviness are commonly related to diet, irregular eating habits, stress, and functional gut issues. Junk food and party food can trigger symptoms. Normal scans, tumor markers, and mammograms are reassuring and rule out serious disease. Rx: Small, frequent meals Avoid junk, fried, spicy food Antacid + anti-gas combination after meals Probiotic once daily for a few days If symptoms persist despite dietary correction, further evaluation is advised. You may consult me via Practo for proper assessment, medications and guidance.
