It’s good to hear that your heartburn issues have subsided. However, the new symptoms you’re experiencing could be interconnected and might indicate a few different things. Referred Pain: The pain in your right shoulder blade and hand could be referred pain, which means the pain is felt in a different location from where it originates. This can happen with conditions like gallbladder issues or even heart problems12. Gallbladder Issues: Pain in the right upper abdomen that radiates to the right shoulder blade can be a sign of gallbladder problems, such as gallstones or inflammation34. This pain often occurs after eating fatty meals and can be accompanied by nausea or vomiting. Vitamin B12 Deficiency: Low B12 levels can cause a range of symptoms, including fatigue, weakness, and neurological issues like numbness or tingling in the hands and feet5. While B12 deficiency itself might not directly cause the pain you’re describing, it can contribute to overall weakness and discomfort. Heart Issues: Although less common, heart problems can sometimes present as pain in the shoulder or arm, especially if accompanied by other symptoms like shortness of breath or chest discomfort67. Given the complexity of your symptoms, it would be best to consult with me ,so that I can perform a thorough evaluation. I might recommend tests like an ultrasound for your gallbladder, blood tests to check your B12 levels, and possibly an ECG to rule out any cardiac issues. If you have any more details or questions, feel free to share!
