Stomach aches contiously

I been suffering from stomach aches for past 2 days actually it is like I am constantly feeling pressure in my stomach and when ever I go to the washroom sometimes the motion goes down but some times not and stomach aches a lot at the time of motion and all after drinking water I feel this pressure in stomach situation a lot from past 2 days
