Sticky hair

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Whenever I wash my hair with shampoo, my hair get sticky after every wash. Even my hand doesn't pass swiftly through my hair even they are wet after washing. This all started to happen when I arrived in Bhubaneswar. But not a single friend of mine is facing any problem with there hair. Please help.
