My baby is completing 6 months in one week she is currently on EBF. We had given stage 1 formula (Aptamil Gold) during first month, couple of days. As I am joining back work next month I am planning for combo feeding along with starting solids.
Can I give her Stage 2 formula milk? Or she needs to get adjusted with Stage 1 before transitioning into Stage 2?

Since nutritional values vary, it’s perfectly fine to start Stage 2 weaning with home-prepared foods and continue breastfeeding for two years and beyond. He’s a strong little one—you’ve done a great job. Introduce one food at a time; if vomiting occurs, wait 3–5 days before retrying. Avoid mixing multiple new foods at once.

Stage 2 formula can be started along with complimentary feeding…requires a consultation for details of food, its consistency and frequency in a day.
Personally would suggest you to go with “BABY LEAD WEANING”
No need to transition. You can start on Aptmil 2 and also complementary feeds 1-2 per day.
Kindly do video consulting to get detailed diet chart for 6 month old .
