Started with gestational diabetes
Starting with Gd, my high sugar levels are not going even after my son being now Six month old. Fasting remains around 120-30, one hour after meal 170-80. Was on insulin during pregnancy. Help.

Diet. And exercise are the main stay of initial treatment.follow them strictly, even then if your blood sugars do not normalize then can go for basal insulin or metformin . Consult your local physician for the same.
