Hi my wife is diagnosed with gestational diabetes, however out of diet her sugar levels are below 130 after meal , but only morning fasting level it is 95 or 96 or 98 sometimes 89 , Doctor advised to take Glycomet 250 mg if levels not decreased on diet , is fasting 98 is normal or should take medicine, she is currently 33 weeks of pregnant
