Fasting should be less than 95 . Metformin  is safe drug .After meal reading should be 120 .not more than that. Yes she can take glycomet 250 mg . Regular multiple  readings are required . It's better  to start Metformin  because  later in pregnancy  insulin requirement  increases For detail  discussion  can make videos  consultation. Thanks

She needs to take medication. Normal levels in pregnancy are : Fasting levels < 95 mg/dl 1hour pp- < 150 mg/dl 2hour pp < 140 mg/dl Her pp sugars are normal but fasting is lil high . We cannot take strict measures to reduce fasting as she is pregnant .
