Stain near right shoulder

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had an accident 3 months ago and skin near my right shoulder got affected due to that. Everything is normal now but the scar near the shoulder didn't gone till now I am using Madorma cream from one month but nothing happened till now. I am uploading the photos for reference Kindly guide me how to remove these stains Thank you

the would is still in scar maturation process. the pink areas will darken and become regular skin like. after that you could lighten it .
