At this stage of cancer there is not much hope. Only symptomatic treatment can be given so as to reduce pt suffering. Sometimes cervix bleed profusely. Pt generally becomes anemic. So Iron supplements and diet rich in iron should be given. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are generally advised. Your oncologist will give you proper advice. At the advance stage of cancer patients become depressed so they need emotional support also .

I'm really sorry to hear about the diagnosis. Stage 4 cervical cancer is a challenging situation, and it’s understandable that you're feeling concerned about the treatment options. At this stage, the treatment usually focuses on palliative care to manage symptoms and potentially slow the progression of the disease. In cases where surgery is no longer an option, radiotherapy (radiation therapy) is often the primary treatment. It can help shrink tumors, alleviate pain, and improve quality of life. Depending on the specific circumstances, chemotherapy may also be used in combination with radiation to enhance its effects.
