Sprain,severe pain neck muscle,shoulders
Since Saturday morn, am experiencing stiffness, extreme pain in neck, shoulders n upper back... Had chloroxazone along with aceclofenac and paracetamol thrice for 3 days...once for next 2 days...neck pain upto the ears n stiffness is still terrible. My collar bones n shoulders also ache wen i talk loud or turn...i thought it was a catch bt doesn't seem to reduce. Am a mother of 3 and have a busy schedule, i cant afford bedrest and restricted movements. Please help.

First of all do not consume so much amount of aceclofenac. It can be harmful for your kidneys. See a physiotherapist for the same. Should help in better ways
