Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi I was having nausea, insomnia and fatigue and dizziness and leg cramps and back pain from past one week . Today I suppose to have periods but it's spotting (like strings) and cramps and sharp pain in left side lower abdomen .had unprotected sex and I have thyroid too .what could be the reason?

When was ur period sue? If u r overdue, do a pregnancy test n chk. If not sure, get a scan done.
