Spotting in periods
Hi I was having nausea, insomnia, fatigue ,leg cramps and back pain from past one week .today is my period date but im seeing spotting . Had unprotected sex and having thyroid too. One or two times I had sharp pain in left lower abdominal area . What could be the reason?
