Dizziness & nausea
Hello respected doctors, I had a normal delivery 6 month ago. Since then there no periods started at all. Me & my husband do unprotected sex sometimes. 3 week ago I do preganews test & results come negative. From today morning im feeling dizzy & nausea, Since I don't have periods, how do I know my pregnancy test is accurate in urine pregnancy test? Plz help

If the pregnancy test is negative the reason for the delayed period will be lactation
Since the pregnancy test was done 3 weeks ago it is advisable to repeat one
For the dizziness have a good protein rich diet take calcium supplements regularly and get your hemoglobin levels checked
