Hello I am 12 weeks pregnant I had a brownish spotting on Saturday ie 2nd of nov I spoke to my doctor regarding that and she adviced me for the bed rest . And today again a saw a very light spotting on the morning the same as I saw earlier is it normal...

Any spotting in pregnancy is taken seriously. You should have ultrasound scan urgently and also speculum Examination to look at your cervix. If these are normal, nothing to worry
