My pain is exactly on my lower back to starting of my glute . So can I join some gym to strengthen or shall I take a steriod injection by examining the root cause please help me solve my health problem . My age is only 20 so I can't leave my sports .

If the MRI is normal then where is this steroid injection given ? Be careful before you get spinal injection at your age group

Please do not take steroid injections without any reason. Steroid injections for low back ache are given in very specific conditions and if your MRI is normal it is not advisable for you. Do spinal Extension and strengthening exercises and core strengthening exercises get your vitamin levels checked Do not over exercise or overdo any sports activities
