Spine TB medicines. Full from spine tb?

My wife is suffering from spine TB Below medicines started from 8th November 1) Rcinex 300/600 2) ETB 1000 3) PZA 750 After eating above medicines for 2 months, her pain has been reduced but it lead to rashes on skin and itching So we stopped ETB and PZA from 15 days and rashes has gone and Itching has been reduced by 60 percent So now doctor introduce Livoflox 750 as she cannot start ETB and PZA because of allerginesa So now my wife started eating below 3 medicines in order to recover from spine TB 1) Rcinex (300/600) - eating from 8 the Nov 2) Livoflox 750 ( introduced today) So I want to know whether treatment is on right track ??? All of the above medicines will help her to recover full from Spine TB ? 3) Her Eosinophils count also increased to 900 from 300 once she started medicines from 8 the Nov...any thing to worry on this
