Spinal cord pain & ribs pain
Hello doctor I have severe back pain specially spine area which is causing pain in ribs and also stomach lower and complete joint pains please advice which doctor to consult , I am using ultracet prescribed by rhuemotoligist but no change .

What was the cause of severe back or spine pain? This is the most important question that needs to be evaluated after tests and examination. Back pain can be mechanical or Inflammatory. Go for ESR and CRP to look for inflammation. HLA-B27 if ur back pain is more than 30 mins in early morning and improves with activity or family history of spondylitis / uveitis/ IBD/ ankylosing spondylitis.
