Last month she got severe ear pain with flow of water like sound in left ear with cold suffered for 15 days ,used antibiotics for 15days on advice of dr.kalikiri ashokreddy sir,after that she is fine but today she is again saying that having Floyd sound in left ear but no ear pain always she feel something in her left ear.pls give an advice

Now Still she is feeling something in the ear means, there may be some fluid left over in middles ear, which will cause feeling of heavy ness, blocked sensation, decreased hearing.

Chances are high she has got secretory otitis media in ears secondary to common cold take steam inhalation syp wikoryl af 5ml twice a day for 5days tab medrol 4 mgm twice a day for 5days tab cefpodoxime 100 mgm twice a day for 5days if does not improve go for hearing test and impedance test
Any complaint of blocked ear / hearing loss?
