Sores on penis head

Asked for Male, 27 Years

From last one year am suffering from sores or lesions on my penis head and it not being cured. I have tested for HIV and herpes but results are negative. Now I am very tensed and depressed. I am not married . I am worried that if I ever be cured?? Please guide me. I got treatment for Candia but not helpful. Now the condition is worsen. Should I again ho for HIV test.
